JOB PURPOSE

The digital acquisition team within Business Banking is responsible to acquire new to bank customers for the bank via digital onboarding channels, and to utilize the business opportunity to increase liability sales volumes and to cross sell other products.

  • This position will manage a team of sales verification officers focused on acquiring new customers through the digital onboarding route and growing liability book for Business Banking
  • The team will support customers both for assisted and unassisted digital onboarding

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To increase share of business banking accounts acquired through digital channels.
  • To drive the customer adoption and increase overall portfolio through Digital account onboarding, this includes but is not limited to improving penetration across the Business Banking product Suite.
  • To manage a team of Sales Verification officers and ensure customer satisfaction remains a key driver whilst also ensuring compliance to regulation and internal policy.
  • To achieve business volume, penetration, and cross sell targets for liability Sales Team and also responsible for ensuring sales result for CASA, Fixed Deposit, and cross sell.
  • Deliver the annual sales numbers in line with the approved business plan.
  • To manage recruitments, retention and training of the team.
  • Maintain consistency on business acquisition and % of approval rates from acquired business sources.
  • Creating and implement sales plan over medium-term time frame with a view to develop sales strategies and achieving budgeted numbers.
  • Co-ordinate with different departments in the bank for effectively functioning as a team and delivering high level of services to the customers.
  • Agree and set targets for individuals and monitor performance on regular basis.
  • Ensure all marketing initiative and incentive campaigns are effectively followed and monitored.
  • Hold regular review meetings with the team to assess achievement versus plan and work out any future plans.
  • Continuously develop and run innovative sales promotions, motivational programs for the sales staff
