Job Overview
As a Sales Manager – Multiproducts at Emirates NBD, your role is to increase sales acquisition of Credit Card, Personal Finance and Bank Accounts products in retail banking
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned team monthly sales targets of credit cards, personal finance products and bank accounts
- Collate and report daily reports of the team pertaining to submissions, approvals, discrepancies and any other aspect required by management
- Drive cross selling of other bank products when required
- Supervise KIOSK set up by the bank in different locations / companies/ malls
- Provide ideas, suggestions for prospective projects on improving sales, efficiency, process, service standards etc
- Train, coach and mentor team members to provide best in class service to customers and ensure customer satisfaction & experience in line with Banks service standards
- Ensure capturing and compile team report of market intelligence, customer loss and feedback to the line managers on regular basis, which can be shared with the management & product team so as to improve banks product features, offerings and processes etc. in line with competition, market trends and customer requirements
- Ensure team adherence to bank policies, processes, code of conduct and compliance guidelines
- Report/maintain team data on customer feedback, market pulse and any other data point or process as required by the unit/bank
Skills and Experience
- Mimimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing of Credit Card, Personal Finance and Bank Accounts products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Well acquainted to Banking rules and regulations
