We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing furniture company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role involves promoting our high-quality furniture products, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including direct visits, calls, and emails.
- Showcase and promote furniture products to clients, emphasizing quality, features, and value.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s product range, including materials, designs, and customization options.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with furniture materials, design trends, and customer preferences is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for managing orders, using CRM tools, and reporting.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred (for client visits).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales in the furniture or retail industry.
- Knowledge of furniture assembly or customization is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages or multiple languages is a plus.
