Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative with a background in the beauty industry for Abu Dhabi . This outdoor sales role requires a self-motivated individual who excels in face-to-face interactions and has a strong network within the beauty sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of outdoor sales experience, a proven track record in the beauty industry, and a valid driving license to manage regional travel within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the beauty industry.

· Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to promote our beauty product range.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.

· Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

· Plan and execute effective sales strategies across the designated region.

· Schedule appointments, meetings, and sales visits to ensure thorough coverage of the market.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.

· Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.

· Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Valid driving license is compulsory, with the ability to travel within Dubai and the surrounding region.
• Personal Attributes:
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Confident and professional demeanor with excellent presentation skills.
• Additional Requirements:
• A thorough understanding of the beauty industry and its trends.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales within the beauty and cosmetics sector.
• Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Dubai and an established network of contacts in the beauty industry.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho, Teamup etc
