We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on star hotels and premium HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate value propositions clearly, and a proven track record in HoReCa sales. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients, driving sales growth, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at star hotels, restaurants, and premium HoReCa establishments.
  • Actively seek out and engage potential new clients in the HoReCa sector to expand business opportunities.
  • Present and articulate the company’s product offerings in a compelling and professional manner, tailoring pitches to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of business with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure the seamless execution of customer orders and service delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to offer relevant solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the HoReCa industry, particularly with star hotels and premium clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate product value and close deals effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
