We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Experience in the lighting industry is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate lighting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with clients and follow up for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (lighting industry background is a plus).
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
