About Us

Rootsec is a fast-growing cybersecurity company based in the Netherlands and now expanding to the Middle East with a new presence in Dubai. We specialize in advanced cybersecurity services for semi-governmental organizations and private enterprises. In April, we will proudly showcase our solutions with a dedicated booth at GISEC, the leading cybersecurity event in the region.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative with a background in cybersecurity to assist us during the GISEC exhibition for three days. If you prove to be a strong fit for our team, we are open to offering a long-term contract and broader collaboration opportunities in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Represent Rootsec at our booth during the GISEC Expo (May 2025).
• Engage with potential customers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Present our cybersecurity services and solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Collect and qualify leads for follow-up after the event.
• Support with administrative tasks related to the event if necessary.
• Demonstrate a professional, energetic, and proactive attitude throughout the exhibition.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai or available in Dubai during the GISEC Expo.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement — preferably within cybersecurity, IT, or technology sectors.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and solutions (prior experience or education in cybersecurity is highly preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and present Rootsec’s services with confidence.
• A proactive, independent, and trustworthy attitude.
