Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that original documentation has been compared with digital documents provided and adequately scrutinized to ensure that requirements are as per regulation/ internal policy. This includes the integrity of applications being signed by authorized individuals, verification of original documentation firsthand and confirming verification of office location and business activity. In addition, the CPV will include assessing the Business activities to be in line with the submitted information as pee the standard CPV checklist
- To provide quality customer service through the onboarding process & ensure any additional documents etc. are collected from customer, RFIs resolved, and details submitted to processing team ensure application is processed on time.
- To complete mandatory training/ certification on Sales, Compliance, Core & cross sell products, and other training modules as and when nominated by the management.
- To support the implementation of Digital initiatives rolled out across Business Banking both during testing as well as in live production.
Skills and Experience
- The candidate should have good sales skills
- Prior SME work experience is needed.
