Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesman/Saleslady to join our team at a kiosk specializing in mobile phone accessories in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. If you are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and passionate about mobile products, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in finding the right mobile phone accessories.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and the latest market trends.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ensure the kiosk is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Promote and upsell products based on customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, reporting inventory needs to management.
- Support promotional activities and product launches.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in retail (preferably in mobile accessories or electronics).
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Positive attitude, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle busy work periods with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of mobile phone accessories and trends in the market is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
