Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesman/Saleslady to join our team at a kiosk specializing in mobile phone accessories in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. If you are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and passionate about mobile products, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right mobile phone accessories.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and the latest market trends.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ensure the kiosk is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Promote and upsell products based on customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, reporting inventory needs to management.
• Support promotional activities and product launches.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in retail (preferably in mobile accessories or electronics).
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Positive attitude, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle busy work periods with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of mobile phone accessories and trends in the market is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
