Job Title: Secretary

Location: DUBAI, DEIRA
Job Type: FULL TIME & PERMANENT
Reports to: General Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and professional Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager and ensure the efficient operation of the office. The Secretary will be responsible for handling various tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies, while ensuring smooth communication between departments and with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the General Manager.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and office systems.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports for the General Manager.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and ordering new materials when needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes for meetings involving the General Manager.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the General Manager and other team members.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination between team members and clients.
  • Support other administrative functions as needed by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • WITH 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
