Secretary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and manage the CEO’s schedule efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
