Job Description

– Undertake a range of established office routine activities under limited guidance. – Provide professional secretarial service to Dept. Head (including office management / time management / admin duties / first point contact interface with callers etc.). – Make travel arrangements in a time-effective way. – Make meeting arrangements effectively. – Follow-up with Client and Subcontractors on outstanding clarification requests. – Draft letters & memos for approval. – Maintain relevant files and records. – Maintain communication logs. – Update and distribute list of enquiries in hand. – Coordinate with Proposal and Estimation Teams for daily activities. – Observe strict level of confidentiality.

Skills Required

– 3-year Degree course / 2-year Secretarial diploma course. – 4 years Secretarial experience, preferably in reputed EPC companies. – Excellent Computer skills (Word / Excel / Power Point etc.). – Typing speed of min. 45 w.p.m. – Good communication skills – Self-correspondence skills – Readiness to work late hours / extra hours during work exigencies – Strong interpersonal skills
