Business consultancy company in Dubai is looking for competent candidate who can manage Office Administrative tasks.

Tasks

· Handle Company’s overall Administrative tasks

· Prepare and manage correspondence and documents

· Answers phone calls and meet visitors

· Handle various daily administrative tasks

· Manage clients records and documents

· Communicate with different free zones on companies and visas renewals

· Communicate with clients on companies and visas renewals

Skills:

· Microsoft Office

· Fluent in English – written and spoken

· Excellent communication abilities

· Knowledge of business correspondence.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines

· Experience in back office management

· Able to multi-task

· Attention to details

· Work experience in the UAE: 3 years minimum
