Full job description

Responsible for the development and management of Sales Coordinators.

Monitor Data Administrator to ensure integrity of data is maintained in CRM.

Promote efficiency company-wide by guiding sales team members on sales flow and CRM system functionality.

Provide administrative support to markets needing additional assistance with sales functions including preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (contracts, proposals).

Assist the Manager to identify and execute key initiatives and areas for improvement in the sales.

Manage and set priorities for Sales Operations to achieve objectives.

Contribute to sales strategy, initiatives, and operational excellence by providing information, insights, and analysis to help us achieve our sales goals.
