We are seeking a talented Web Developer with experience in Shopify to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our e-commerce website. You will work closely with our marketing team to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience, ensuring our website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and technically robust.

• Build, customize, and maintain our Shopify store, including theme customization, app integration, and feature development.
• Implement and optimize website functionality to enhance user experience, improve site performance, and increase conversion rates.
• Work with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional and responsive web pages.
• Set up and manage product listings, categories, and inventory on the Shopify platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website, including bugs, performance issues, and integration problems.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and use analytics tools to monitor and analyze website traffic and performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that website content aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Ensure the website is secure, complies with industry standards, and adheres to data protection regulations.

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in web development, with a strong focus on Shopify e-commerce websites.
• Proficiency in Shopify development, including Liquid templating language, Shopify API, and app integration.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Qatar.
