Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:

Store Keeping:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring proper storage and stock control.
  • Maintain an updated inventory and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Receive, inspect, and store products while ensuring accuracy of the items received.
  • Organize and maintain the store, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility of materials.
  • Ensure that products are safely stored and properly labeled.

Accounting Duties:

  • Assist with daily bookkeeping, including invoicing, bill payments, and transaction records.
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a store keeper or accountant in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and accounting practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to accounting and store management (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Thoes who have accounting knowledge will be added advantage.
