Job Title: Inventory & Stock Coordinator

Purpose of the Role
To oversee and manage the seamless movement and tracking of products within the branch, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs and support exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming supplies and reconcile deliveries against purchase orders
  • Identify, document, and resolve any discrepancies in received shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock movements, receipts, adjustments, and returns
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure they stay within the set minimum and maximum thresholds
  • Keep organized records of stockroom activities, including receipts and withdrawals

Profile Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

  • Passionate about guest service and creating happiness
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Time management and stress-handling capabilities
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational discipline
  • Collaborative team spirit with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent grooming and presentation
  • A drive to surprise and delight guests through behind-the-scenes excellence

Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
