We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor – Inside Sales to join our team. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls from leads provided by the organization and guiding working professionals toward enrolling in our training and certification programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and has a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students via phone calls to provide counseling on Eduhub Institute’s courses.
Understand students’ career objectives and recommend suitable training and certification programs.
Handle only leads provided by the company and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently through effective communication and persuasive skills.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and enrollments in the CRM system.
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with prospective students.
Stay updated on the courses offered and industry trends to better address student needs.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience in the education or training sector, specifically handling sales for training and certification programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
