- Follow all the SOP procedures and has immaculate product and service knowledge
- Makes sure to communicate the concept to the guests and answers all their queries
- Staying in their section making sure all the guests are attended
- To ensure that all information and duties received by the Managers In-Charge is followed accurately.
- Has good knowledge in upselling techniques
- Maintains side station clean, making sure it’s equipped with all service mis-en-place
- Assist colleagues at all times and has a team spirit
- Respect all colleagues and guests
- Comes to work 15 minutes prior to shift in clean & compete uniform and well groomed.
- To be aware of all emergency procedures
- To promote team work within the department & ensure equality at workplace is maintained without sexual discrimination and harassment
- To strictly adhere to the Company’s Policy on Confidentiality and Ethics.
- To perform all other tasks as requested by management
- To ensure orders are thoroughly checked before serving to the guest.
- To attend all Restaurant’s Training as requested by the management
- To ensure that restaurant rules are followed

Experience:
- Waiter: 2 years (Preferred)
