Job Description:

As an IRD Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional mannerProvide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu itemsEnsure that all food and beverages are of high qualityHandle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may ariseMaintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting and clearing tablesWork closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient serviceUpsell menu items and promote special offers to guestsHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficientlyFollow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guestsAttend training sessions and meetings as required by the company
Requirements:Minimum of 1 year experience as an IRD WaiterExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a team and under pressureStrong knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation methodsBasic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactionsFluent in English, both written and spokenFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent
