This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service experience to our Client, ensuring they enjoy a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere. You will interact with customers, help guide their dining experience, and support your team in creating a memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Engage with customers by welcoming them, taking orders, and delivering services with a friendly attitude.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure they are delivered promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Recommendation Skills: Provide informed recommendations about menu items and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Service Efficiency: Ensure tables are clean and tidy, and promptly attend to customer needs, including their extra requests and billing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Health and Safety: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring food handling and serving practices meet required standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Relevant training in hospitality or a high school diploma is preferred.
• Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as food safety and hygiene is a plus.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service is highly regarded.
