Adherence to Safety and Standards:
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards rigorously.
- Comply with Private proeprty policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous waiter or customer service experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing genuine and engaging service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
