Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests in menu selection, providing detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly, including refills, special requests, and dietary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring the restaurant ambiance remains welcoming.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Ensure that all service standards and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not essential.
- A strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ensuring every guest receives personalized service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
