WAITER/WAITRESS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Assist guests in menu selection, providing detailed information about food and beverage options.
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly, including refills, special requests, and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring the restaurant ambiance remains welcoming.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Ensure that all service standards and hygiene protocols are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not essential.
  • A strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring every guest receives personalized service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
