Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a courteous manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Check on customers’ satisfaction and handle any complaints or requests.
  • Process payments and maintain clean tables and dining areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
