Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a courteous manner.

- Check on customers’ satisfaction and handle any complaints or requests.
- Process payments and maintain clean tables and dining areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
