JOB SUMMARY:

In consultation with the Senior Waiter or Dining Room Supervisor/Manager to ensure customer Satisfaction by establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the client, as per UNF’s policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Applies and follows the contractual obligations, UNF’s policies and procedures

– Attend briefings prior to restaurant opening, well-groomed and equipped with the basic aids of

Operations such as pens.

– Ensures a high standard of personal hygiene and adheres to standards of dress code for the position

– Complete mise-en-scene and mise-en-place before the restaurant opens.

– Check all the equipment and furniture at the station for their serviceability and maintenance

Requirements.

– Clean and polish allotted silverware, cutlery, and glassware.

– Follows the daily instruction given by the Senior Waiter/Dining Room Supervisor

– Possess a friendly but professional attitude, maintaining a good relationship with the client

– Offer dishes, promote specials and take the orders

– Communicate with the Supervisors or Manager for any questions or issues or any special requests. And never say No.

– Ensures the company service standards are upheld and maintained at all times

– Ensures throughout the service that all table items and condiments are replenished, that the assigned work areas are kept clean, sanitary and tidy following the clean as you go policy

– Adheres to the daily clean and deep cleaning schedule

– Performs other duties as directed

– Most of all to be an Ambassador of the Restaurant.
