We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to work within Pi coffee. If you have experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate about delivering good customer service; then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.

Presenting menus and providing detailed information on menu items.

Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.

Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Anticipating guests’ needs and responding promptly to requests.

Handling guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and tact.

Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Qualifications

Work Experience & Knowledge

Previous experience in a similar role in Server

Familiarity with all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

Ability to describe dishes accurately and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.

Awareness of daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.

Upselling and Salesmanship: Waiters should be skilled in promoting menu items, specials, and beverages to increase sales while remaining attentive to guests’ preferences and budgetary constraints.

Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, whether related to service, food quality, or other aspects of the dining experience, is essential for maintaining guest satisfaction.
