Job Title: Waitress – 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Location: Dubai

About the Role:
Our client, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel , is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waitress to join their international team . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a world-class hospitality environment and provide exceptional service to guests from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders.
• Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately from the kitchen/bar to guests.
• Maintain a high standard of service, ensuring orders are prepared and presented correctly.
• Adhere to food handling and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with shift duties, including setting up service stations, rolling silverware, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in an international team .
• A customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
