Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in making menu choices.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay orders to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set according to restaurant standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer questions or concerns promptly.
• Process customer payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Assist in the overall dining experience by working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
