Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our logistics department. The role involves coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, supervising team members, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise logistics staff to ensure efficient workflows
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy
• Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them
• Maintain and update records as needed
• Organize and file electronic and paper documents
